There are some questions that we are asked quite regularly, so to save you the job of emailing us we’ve provided the answers to the most common ones here.

BlindSides

Do BlindSides come in pairs or do I have to buy two so that I have one for each side of my blind?

BlindSides comes as a pair, so if you make a purchase of one set of BlindSides in our shop you will receive two of them in a bag.

Do BlindSides cause any damage to my window frames or blinds?

No, BlindSides are installed without the need to stick, glue, pin or nail anything to your window frames or blinds?

What kinds of blinds and curtains do BlindSides work with?

BlindSides have a hook at the top so as long as there is somewhere such as a roller blind or curtain pole to hook them over then they can be used.

Are BlindSides suitable for all windows?

Windows come in all shapes and sizes so we can’t say categorically yes. BlindSides were originally designed for use with blinds fitted inside a window frame/recess but can also work in other situations. If you are unsure, we are happy for you to try them and if BlindSides aren’t suitable for your windows we offer a full refund should you need to return them.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you try BlindSides and find they aren’t suitable for your windows we accept refunds (we don’t cover the cost of return postage) and will provide a full refund providing they are returned in the same condition that you received them.

Can I open my blinds while the BlindSides are installed?

Yes, it is possible to roll up a roller blind while the BlindSides are hooked over the top. When you roll down the blind, you may need to push the BlindSides back in position.

International

Do you ship BlindSides internationally?

Yes to some countries. Unfortunately, we have suspended shipping to the EU because of the new tax reporting requirements for us and the added cost of import duty for customers (apprx £15 to £20 for one pair).. For some countries (including the Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand you can now order direct from the website.

Payments

I do not have a PayPal account. How else can I pay?

Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal to pay with a credit or debit card. Please click and follow the process. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at hello@blindsides.co.uk

Do you only accept payment in UK GBP?

We are happy to also accept payment in USD and EURO via PayPal.
